Through the completion of new workshops aimed at recycling and the incorporation of new knowledge, the Lorca entity seeks to improve the business and labor landscape of the area

The Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Services of Lorca launches a series of courses and seminars aimed at retailing for the coming weeks with the aim of employers and workers throughout the area acquire or improve their skills in various fields, thus improving your business and / or job prospects.

Within the annual Retail Trade Plan of the Chamber in the coming weeks will be carried out several courses subsidized by the General Directorate of Trade, Consumption and Administrative Simplification that will deal with the business protocol, public speaking and communication skills and emotional intelligence.

First, the business protocol course will take place.

These sessions will take place from 4 to 8 pm from March 5 to 8 at the Chamber's facilities.

Taught by Mar Casas - University Specialist in Protocol and Ceremonial of State and International and in Public Organizations and Private Companies and Advisor of Protocol, Image and Communication - the objective of this course is to bring a "tool" so useful and essential to achieve a management effective and manage with ease in a world that sells through image and forms.

Next, a course on emotional intelligence will begin.

During the same the students will know the hand of Antonio Varón, licensed in psychology by the University of Granada, the benefits of this activity.

In this sense it is necessary to emphasize that scientific research has shown that the practice of mindfulness brings great benefits both organic and mental, showing its effectiveness in the face of various behavioral problems and its close relationship with the development of resilience and emotional intelligence.

Once again, it will be held at the Chamber of Commerce facilities on March 12 and 20;

and 2, 5 and 10 April from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m.

Finally, Raquel Aullón, graduated in Information Sciences, specialist in Journalism from the Complutense University of Madrid and an expert in Dramatic Art Applied by the University of Alicante, will give a speech and communication skills workshop.

At the end, attendees will be able to structure their ideas in an orderly manner to transform them into persuasive, simple messages that can capture the attention of their teams, partners or customers.

In addition, it is intended that they lose stage fright and be able to confront the public in a more relaxed and serene way, which will allow them to control their non-verbal language and, therefore, the image they convey of themselves and of your company or project.
