Kick-off for gastronomic on white pig Lorca (06/09/2010)

The Restaurant Association of the Region of Murcia, including the Regional Federation of Employers of Hospitality and Tourism (Hostemur), held from 6 to 19 September, the 'Food Festival on white pig', which will include the participation of a total of 26 catering establishments in the Region of Murcia.

The main purpose of this activity is to demystify the belief that pork is fat and not very beneficial for health and spread the good eating habits, the benefits of the Mediterranean diet and the products of the earth, including is the pork.

Participating restaurants will offer customers a menu featuring an appetizer, two appetizers, a main dish consisting of white pork, dessert, coffee and drinks.

Similarly, on 13 September in the Hotel Amalthea Lorca R Nutrition and Culinary Journey 'to the gait ...!', Organized jointly by the Ministry of Health, the Lorca Hall of the National Week of Pigs (SEPOR) and Hostemur.
