The Director General of Tourism, Marina Garcia, accompanied by the Mayor of Lorca, Francisco Jodar, and the president of the Spanish Tourism Quality Institute at the regional delegation, Manuel Barón, today chaired the ceremony of the plate 'Q Quality Tourist 'at Hacienda Real Los Olivos de Lorca, to ensure optimal levels of service quality, infrastructure and equipment.
By obtaining this mark, Lorca happens to have a total of nine certified establishments, among which include two hotels, four rural accommodation, two restaurants and a tourist office.
According to Garcia said, "These figures place to Lorca as the third city of the Region that brings together more guarantees of quality, second only to Murcia and Cartagena, which demonstrates the strong commitment of employers in the municipality to provide excellence and reliability in products and services they manage. "
The director general noted that the Region is currently in sixth place national ranking of plants certified with the 'Q for Quality', with a total of 95 distinct split between private and public entities.
