From the 4th to 6th October, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Lorca, within the framework of the International Promotion of the Region of Murcia, managed by the Chambers of Commerce and Regional Development Institute, organized Reverse Trade Mission to the property development sector.
During these days a group of ten Russian estate agents visited the region in order to meet its main tourist attractions and contact with local developers and builders.
The first day, Monday October 4, had a reception and welcome in the hall of the Chamber of Commerce in charge of its president, D.
Eusebio Abellán Martínez.
They are then gave a presentation on the Region of Murcia by D.
Alejandro Zamora, Secretary General of the Association of Real Estate in the Region of Murcia.
Following this began with individual interviews between Russian businessmen and Murcia, in order to strengthen trade and contractual relations possible in the future.
It conducted a total of 100 interviews.
During the 5th and 6th of October were visited on site a total of 10 housing developments in the Murcia Region, oriented to a customer purchasing a substantial degree residing abroad and to raise well buy a house second home or permanently move to our region.
The pleadings filed are located in the municipalities of La Manga, La Ribera, San Pedro del Pinatar, Puerto de Mazarron, Fuente Alamo and Aguilas.
The degree of satisfaction expressed by the ten companies in both Russian and the ten Murcia has been high and have suggested staying committed to this type of international promotion.
It has enjoyed the cooperation on arrival in the Office of Trade Promotion Service in Russia in the Region of Murcia.
