The City Council considers "hypocritical" that the Socialist Party now requires urgent action in buildings to prevent landslides (11/11/2010)

The Socialists are late again.

They have very poor memory, and demand action now that they refused to do.

For example, never appeared at the city-owned property that was in the street Labyrinth, despite repeated complaints from the opposition.

This house eventually collapsed and crushed several cars on May 16, 2004.

Demagoguery exposes the archive.

Municipal sources Lorca City Council have called "another example of political opportunism and alarmism social statements of the socialist mayor Isabel Casalduero on the status of some buildings.

The City Council reminds the PSOE that city officials who are members of the Inspection Service are constantly reviewing and analyzing preventive work within their buildings in the city to avoid any incident, a task that is intensified when there is strong wind or risk of heavy rainfall.

This service also acts in coordination with local police and fire station when situations appear imminent.

In these cases we proceed to the withdrawal of the elements that can be precipitated into the street, and the bill for such work is transferred to the property owner.

From the City have expressed surprise at the statements of Casalduero, as is now demanding action that his own party has never done.

Examples include most flagrant case of a municipally owned housing located just 20 meters from City Hall (street Labyrinth), who, despite repeated claims raised by the opposition warning that the dilapidated building, he was idly by until, literally, the house collapsed and destroyed several vehicles.

It was May 16, 2004, and there is the archive which again exposes demagoguery.
