The Minister of Education, Training and Employment, Sotoca Constantine, today announced that the regional government "will give the multinational Noksel skilled workers it needs to implement the new pipe factory in the industrial complex Saprelorca."
The Ministry, through the Regional Employment Service and Training (SEF), will handle the selection of the 87 workers that the company gradually incorporated until late 2011, during this first phase of construction of the plant.
The company has defined the professional profiles required for the assembly phase, among which include operators and drivers, administrative staff, electrical and machinery maintenance, officials and aides.
Will be asked to have work experience in the industry sector.
For its part, the SEF poll among registered unemployed at employment offices to study how workers adapt to the profiles and specific requirements set Noksel, and will select four candidates for each of the 87 jobs.
The Regional Employment Service provide these candidates a personal interview with the managers of the company.
Sotoca welcomed the confidence shown by the multinational Noksel in the Ministry "to meet the specific needs of labor with the best professionals," he said.
In addition, it also stressed that this work "demonstrates the proactive attitude that we have set from the Executive Murcia on job placement."
Job holder recalled other projects in which the regional government has participated or currently participate in, such as Repsol, Navantia, El Corte Ingles, Leclerc or the International Airport of Murcia.
"These are employment-generating initiatives, which represent new opportunities for many unemployed workers who have lost their jobs following the economic crisis," he said Sotoca.
