Councilman Sports City of Lorca, Francisco Montiel, has released the first activity to be carried out from within the Department training area for this year 2011.
Montiel has announced that "this first activity will be a seminar on Pilates, which will take place at the Europa Sports Complex on Saturday February 12."
This seminar is organized in collaboration with the national training Neosport.
Sports Councilman emphasized that "this activity is aimed at professional sport and physical activity, a degree in physical education, sports technicians, monitors and, in general, anyone interested in the matter."
Among the contents will be taught in the seminar, Montiel has emphasized "the history and origins of Pilates principles and benefits of the method, types of exercises, applications of the method, basic features of the exercises and their application , ie all arguments needed to master a sport with many followers as Pilates.
The rapporteur of the seminar is Professor Nieves Azaña Cifuentes, Bachelor of Science in Physical Activity and Pilates instructor of the Spanish Federation of Aerobics and Fitness since 2002.
