The City Council Municipal Spokesperson Lorca, Lali Ibarra, has reported that the hamlet of Purias will receive during the year 2011 a new set of investments in excess of 5 million euros.
Ibarra explained that these are new projects, which join the long list of improvements that have been completed in this hamlet along the current legislature.
New projects for Purias are:
Install lighting in Malvaloca Road from RM-621.
An investment amounting to EUR 51,000 for the Plan Works in neighborhoods and districts of the CARM, the execution is imminent.
Mina Road conditioning.
Investment of almost 37,500 euros for the Plan Works of neighborhoods and districts, the beginning of works is very close.
The expansion of the Community Center Purias, giving residents of 140 square meters new for their activities.
This expansion is aimed primarily at women of the parish, and is based on the construction of an annex to the existing local diaphanous.
Is being pursued with an investment of 70,000 euros and is expected to be available to the neighbors from next February.
Improving road safety through the creation of 2 new round in the MU-620 road linking Pulpí Lorca and their access from Eagle Road (specifically, near the market Purias). This work will be undertaken by the Directorate General of CARM Highway, and aims to control traffic, improve safety and access to the Motorway of Eagles.
The project has already gone to contract, so the creation of these roundabouts will be made imminently.

Lali Ibarra has reported that the most outstanding project which is scheduled to take place during 2011 is the start of work for the installation of a sanitary collector serving the residents of Puri, a performance that is being sued by collective Purias several years and offered a solution.
This investment is part of Disseminated Sanitation Plan of the municipality of Lorca.
Represents an investment of 5 million euros from the Directorate General of Water of the Ministry of Agriculture and Water Regional Government, within a total investment of nearly 100 million euros to bring sanitation to the entire municipality.
Ibarra said that this work will complement the collector located between the boardwalk and the Farm School Tiata.
The project will cover a total of 5 kilometers, and will include the installation of telescopic pipe that goes from 400 to 800 millimeters in diameter.
It will involve a fundamental modernization of sanitation, preventing the leakage of sewage into the ground, while reused for irrigation after treatment.
Purias, more controlled, better lit, better roads and new services
Municipal Spokesperson stated that the village of Purias has enjoyed a long battery improvements among which is the creation of Territorial Security Center (225,000 €), construction of Day Care Center (1.2 million €), improvements on roads and Puss Casa Vieja (10,200 €), Valverde Sale (48,000 €), Guirao (54,000 €), the Little Owl (€ 72,100) and on the roads of Eagles (300,000 €), Pulpí (3.7 million €) and D-11, which provide direct service to this parish.
Has also been made for improvements in school (38,500 €), installation of street lighting on the roads of Los Peñas (37,000 €) and The Guirretes (22,500 €) and the remodeling of the local social higher (193,000 €) and replacement of electrical installations to improve energy efficiency and reduce CO2 emissions (30,000 €).
