Mazurek Jesus Fernandez will be the number ten in the socialist candidate for municipal elections May 22 at 10.
Mazurek, Lorca was born in 65 years, married father of four children and grandfather of three grandchildren.
He has lived all his life in Avenida Juan Carlos I.
