We want to publicly denounce the decision irresponsible and profligate of the municipal government of Lorca, to be called a job Borman appeared in the January 26, 2011 for allegedly placing a finger to a position of trust of his party.

Manuel Alfonso Guerrero Zamora, a new position created for this purpose and called "general coordinator of planning and sustainable development of the Municipality of Lorca"
This official confidence, we believe that this post is intended as more of those of us reported on the day of our presentation as a party, have a cost to city coffers and therefore for all of 9,000 euros Lorca month (one and half million pesetas per month), 107,000 per year (18 million pesetas per year).
The creation of this new position we believe it unnecessary to be one of those since 2007 and have doubled in urban planning, as there is a manager of Urban Design, and Councilman planning.
How many are needed?
Consider outrageous that in these times of economic shortage and cuts of all kinds (civil, cultural, bonolibro, NGOs, associations, party committees, etc.) Our mayor propose such a waste, but much more unworthy than this waste can be led to the relocation of an unnecessary officer from 2007 until today has cost us more than 70 million pesetas, almost half a million euros, giving the following particulars in addition to remember:

Manuel Alfonso Guerrero Zamora, a position of trust, which allegedly targeted by the abusive call to fill the new position, held since 2007 for imposition of President Valcarcel to our Mayor, Manager doubled as town planning, as previously occupied by ... ... ...
2 .- Mr. Manuel Alfonso Guerrero Zamora was in 2007 Director General of housing, architecture and urbanism of the region of Murcia, until it was removed and transferred to Lorca in 2007 to be implicated in alleged bribery and malfeasance in urbanization of Zerrichera Eagles.
3 .- It is shown, as we stated publicly on December 30, 2010, that the elimination of the councils only have the savings for the municipality of the annoying participation and no cost savings as demonstrated by these acts of alleged cronyism.
4 .- It is equally clear the political position of our city government with regard to cases of political corruption that since 2007 has awarded a fellow party involved in urban alleged crimes with a paid Sueldazo all Lorca and now seeks creándole a position to continue it as bases.
5 .- We have sufficient grounds to believe that this new position that is offered in this public notice may be directed to relocate to Mr. Guerrero, a requirement to occupy the following:
"Being a law degree, for the post of Town Planning"
Would not it be more appropriate for this post an architect, someone who has something to do with urban planning?
6 .- We regret the attitude accomplice of the other political groups of the opposition for failing in its responsibility to control the municipal government and to silence these facts abusive and unpresentable.
For all demand that the Mayor said Mr. Jodar, the call to immediately withdraw unnecessary especially in these times of economic scarcity, leaving Mr. Manuel Alfonso Guerrero and the Lorca apologize for having wasted more than 70 million pesetas in this position from 2007 to date.
We express our commitment as a party to continue pursuing relentlessly the immoral actions of waste made by our politicians, in contrast to the measures taken by our regional government and applauded by our Mayor Mr. Jodar, to cut the salaries of civil servants, deletion the bonolibro, cut aid to NGO's, associations, etc.
etc.
We also want to make public our commitment to, if not removed this call, we will convene a demonstration the same day to meet the jury.
