The Women's City Councilman Lorca, Antonia Lopez, has been reported that this area has convened the Seventh Municipal Photo Contest "Daily Life of Women", which aims to promote the new image of contemporary women and the principles of equality .

May be submitted to this contest as many people wish it.

The photographs may be submitted by their authors.

Each entrant may submit between three and five photographs.

Photographs must be original and not have been awarded or recognized or selected in previous contests.

The photographs will be about anything that convey an image of a woman's daily life and the principles of gender equality.

The photographs are presented on photographic paper and must be mounted or reinforced in media (cardboard, passepartout, etc.) 40 x 50 cm.

The photographs have a minimum size of 15 x 20 cm.

and up to 30 x 40 cm.

Photographic collections in digital format, they must also be accompanied by a copy on CD.

On the back of each photograph shall include the title of the work and number of the photo in the collection.

In a separate envelope, blank and closed to introduce into the envelope sent to the collection, include a sheet which will appear clearly:

- Title;

- Number of photography;

- Name of author

- ID card or passport of the author;

- Address and telephone number of author

- Place where the photograph was taken (specify the municipality and those other data identifying the image enough.)

Lopez Moya has indicated that the contest can be requested from the municipal to the Department of Women and e-mail through the address jesus.nieto @ lorca.es.

The works will be presented or sent to municipal offices to the Department of Women.

The deadline for submissions is March 4, 2010.

For those photographs that are mailed, they must be on the premises of the Department of Women, before 12:00 h.

The jury will consist of several municipal technicians belonging to the Department of Women, Culture and People's University.

The jury valued the collections submitted and prepare a report containing its decision before March 8, 2010.

3 First Prizes will be awarded and a second prize, either in color or black and white.

The amount of the three first prizes and the runners-up will be:

First prize: 300 euros

Second prize: 200 euros

Third prize: 150 euros

First runner-up prize: 50 euros.

The Jury may grant a special second prize, worth 50 euros, just a picture, it is considered that stands out above the others, provided this is not included within the winning.
