On Saturday February 12 took place at the Sports Complex facilities Europe an attractive and interesting seminar Pilates floor included in the training area and was organized by the Sports Department with Neosport.
The seminar was taught by Nieves Azaña Cifuentes, instructor of the National Federation of Aerobics and Fitness and one of the most prestigious national experts in this discipline.
A total of 30 students from across the region of Murcia, thus drying up all the available places.
The course had a practical nature and those attending the same could take note of the latest trends in pilates, using among other materials: fitball megabalones of the technique of TRX, elastic bands, earrings stabilizers and floor exercises without equipment.
