The PSOE in Lorca has asked the council to suspend the public tender by the City Council to fill the position as General Coordinator of Planning and Sustainable Development, which will replace the manager after the dissolution of the Urban Planning Department.
The secretary general of the PSOE in the City of Sun Diego Ferra, recalled that his party last week and lodged an appeal against the proceedings and announced that the next full City, held on Monday, will require its suspension.
If the tender goes ahead, said Ferra, the socialist group will present an administrative appeal in the appropriate court, against the creation of this plaza.
For the Socialist leader contest reflects the intention of the PP mayor, Francisco Jodar, to relocate in the former office manager of Planning, Manuel Alfonso Guerrero, also a former director general of Housing and Urban Development's regional government, who held this post between 2007 and 2010.
In this regard, Ferra has ensured that the place of Guerrero, "was unnecessary before, it is now and will be in the future."
