The plenary simplify procedures for the construction or expansion of buildings and facilities associated with livestock farms (28/02/2011)

The Livestock and Urban Councillors of the Municipality of Lorca, Melchor Morales and Francisco García, presented this morning

The House has approved, with votes for the PP and the PSOE and IU abstention, the specific modification of the General Municipal Plan of Arrangement by which simplify the procedures for the construction of small buildings and related facilities for cattle.

The Town Planning of the City of Lorca, Francisco Garcia, explained this morning that the amendment will gain in clarity, efficiency and transparency, it was necessary to redraft based on the new Law on Environmental Protection Integrated Region Murcia and the Royal Decree 324/200 laying down the basic standards of management of livestock enterprises.
