This Order relates to the granting of aid to the city of Lorca for emergency expenses incurred in connection with earthquakes, as well as compensation for expenses incurred legal or natural persons who have been required by the competent authority of the Administration General State civil protection for personal services or goods and services in connection with the emergency.

The Order specifies that the grant to the City of Lorca is granted for the amount for emergency expenses incurred as a result of essential and urgent action to safeguard the lives and safety of persons and the functioning of essential public services.

Also, as requested by the Mayor, shall be considered emergency spending and access to clean roads, the removal of debris and shoring or demolition of buildings and elements that endanger the safety of persons.
