The Governing Council has approved an agreement between the Ministry of Public Works and Planning, the city of Lorca and the College of Industrial Engineers in the Region for the rehabilitation of buildings damaged by earthquakes in the last 11 Lorca May.
Through this agreement, establishing a line of institutional collaboration through a working group to study the damage to buildings affected will be provided with the necessary information on specialists for advice and reporting and rehabilitation projects in the field of its competence and according to the different diseases that can be observed in buildings.
Similarly, considering the establishment of rebates or exemptions from fees for building permits and streamlined its grant by the City Lorca, while the College will proceed to a bonus in the mandatory fees for visas.
It also constitutes a Technical Committee to manage and control the quality of works performed.
