The Councillor for Citizen Participation, Ana Maria Lidón, thanked the cooperation of the council of this Catalan town and particularly its promoter, the president of the Casa de Andalucía, Manuel Mancera.
The Councillor for Citizen Participation, Ana Maria Lidón, received this morning from the hands of former House of Andalusia in Sant Andreu de la Barca, Manuel Mancera, the 3,000 euros that this Catalan town has contributed to the Bureau for Development of Lorca.
Of this 1,500 have been contributed by the Municipality of the town and another 1,500 are the result of the proceeds from a charity gala held in Sant Andreu de la Barca, thanks to the collaboration of many artists.
Lidón thanked the cooperation of the Catalan city and especially Mancera, promoter of this donation, and pointed out that as the estimated number of homes down to be over a thousand, the projected expenditure of funds in aid to Solidarity these families will be more than 1.1 million euros, to which we add the 500,000 euros for the Plan to Promote Trade, and at least 39,369 euros to cover the urgent needs of the families of those killed and seriously injured; advances in addition to rental assistance will be available until there are uncommitted funds or the deadline for application for aid under the Royal Decree.
All these aids can be ordered from Monday to Friday at the Cultural Center by appointment can be accomplished online or at these municipal facilities.
