Sepes has launched a plan to build 300 homes to be financed entirely by the Government of Spain
The Government of Spain has so far disbursed EUR 213.3 million to mitigate the effects of the earthquake of Lorca, in development of the actions envisaged in Royal Decree Law 6 / 2011 of May 13 and other measures taken by the Government.

Sepes under the Ministry of Public Works is already working on a program to build 300 homes, which fully fund the Central Government, to run in the shortest time possible.
