The Pool of San Antonio hosted the morning of Saturday a new edition of Swimming Trophy "City of Lorca," the great festival of swimming schedule of Guadalentín Sports Games each year is confirmed as one of the leading competitions regional calendar of swimming.
For the first time this prestigious championship was held in the Pool of San Antonio, as the damage to the Sports Complex facilities prevented Europe could accept as evidence each year.
But San Antonio facilities allowed to enjoy this great celebration of regional swimming in the best conditions.
318 participants took part in the event, from swim clubs in Murcia, Murcia Fuensanta, Cartagonova-Cartagena, Ancora Sport Association, Sewer, San Javier, Mar Menor, Torre Pacheco Villa, Eagles and, of course, local Swim Club Lorca, who brought 62 swimmers.
The competition began at 10 am, ending at 13.30 hours with the medal that was made by Agustin Llamas, Sports City Councilman Lorca, Alfonso Aznar, President of the Swimming Club Lorca and José Ramón Martínez Hernández , President of the Swimming Club Fuensanta.
In the general classification by points, was ranked in first position, the Swimming Club Lorca, who became the overall winner of the tournament, followed by the Swimming Club Villa in Torre Pacheco, while the third corresponded to Cartagonova-Cartagena Swimming Club .
