In connection with the statements made today by the mayor of Lorca, on decisions taken by the Delegation of the Government or its owner, Rafael González Tovar, on issues arising from the earthquakes of Lorca, and given that Mr Jodar manifestations do not match reality, or are clearly contrary to law and legality that should guide any administrative process, we must make it clear:

- There is a legal framework that defines the criteria for what is considered emergency spending to compensate the City Hall (Interior Ministry Order 1467/2011 of 31 May).

In the same establishing the scope and eligible costs.

- These include emergency expenses incurred by the municipality of Lorca as a result of essential and urgent action to safeguard the lives and safety of people and the functioning of essential public services.

- Therefore, no costs can be considered as emergency rehabilitation activities or conservation of historic and artistic heritage affected by the earthquake, which should include specific items.

- In this sense, the State Administration is making funding work effectively as Guevara Palace, walls and castle, Porche de San Antonio, Church of St. Matthew, etc..

Therefore, other administrations should also be involved in works that are pending.

With respect to records of demolition of two dwellings located on adjoining streets and Lemon Herrerías can only be said to have been returned by the intervention of the state, since, as stated verbatim, "are virtually identical, coinciding not only in total but all the items contained in the technical report, having the same weight, in tons and decimals the debris, the same dimensions of the fences separating, the same square meters, being the only difference in the Proceedings of the the name of the property. "

Therefore, the document states that "you have serious doubts about the veracity of the information contained in the two cases" so that the records are denied without prejudice to stand by the beneficiary relevant resources.

Finally, the Delegation of the Government intended to indicate that to date has paid 7'8 million for emergency expenses of demolition and other costs 4.5 million for emergency actions taken by the City.
