The Councillor for Culture and Celebrations of the City of Lorca, Sandra Martinez, has been reported that the Cultural Fund welcomes this afternoon Espin celebrating "Local Learning Festival IV," an activity framed in commemorating the International Year of Active Ageing held in 2012.
