The City Council launches a new system (02/03/2012)

This is the new headquarters and electronic registration, which allows to complete almost all of the negotiations with the City preventing the citizen movements and ensuring safe operations.

Councilman Information Society of the City of Lorca, Francisco Garcia, has been reported that the Municipal going to start the New Electronic Registration Headquarters and City Hall.

This is a new service available to citizens and businesses.

The online site is linked directly with the electronic record, identified as a special section within the Web www.lorca.es and https://www.portalciudadano.lorca.es own subdomain.

On the home page of the Electronic Office is a series of services to help the citizen find any action that may make with the city of Lorca.

Currently 49 are cataloged procedures, which can initiate online 33.

With the implementation of this tool in the near future will allow us to classify 100% of the steps that citizens can perform with the City, marking us as a goal in the near future can begin online at least 80% of them.

The electronic office is divided into the following sections:

Public area:

Electronic notifications, all notifications received and the state in which it is located.

Taxes, with access to receipts and payments that the citizen.

Register with the citizen's personal data available to the City Council in the Registration Office, with the possibility of flying Registration and coexistence, and apply for registration certificates.

My posts, notices or communications other than official notifications.

My records, you can access the input and output records that the city has received since the city of Lorca.

In representation, access to proceedings initiated as a representative.

Streamlining the municipal administration

The Virtual Office of Citizen Attention (OVAC) is an online service available on the intranet portal which provides staff management employee of the City of applications submitted electronically by the public.

This service will enable the various administrative units access to electronic documents sent to your section, for inspection and modification of the status of processing and reporting.

Council staff will send letters or notices and notifications to the mailbox of a citizen of the seat from the OVAC.

We must remember that this year, and as one of the novelties of the bylaws, will be credited 100% of the fee for issuing documents and urban services for applications with online processing through the new eGovernment services, provided that not more than 4 euros.
