The City of Lorca remember that tomorrow is the deadline for grant applications for businesses affected by the earthquakes with insurance (26/03/2012)

Councillor of Commerce has reported that the Hall has so far received 190 applications of this line of support of up to 8,000 which will cover damages not paid by the Insurance Compensation Consortium.

Councilman Trade of the City of Lorca, Eduardo Sanchez, recalled that tomorrow, Tuesday, March 27th is the deadline for grant applications of up to 8,000 per trade damaged by the earthquakes of May 11 and will cover damages not paid by the Insurance Compensation Consortium.

Sanchez pointed out that the necessary documentation is available on www.lorca.es and should be in the service installed by the Session on the ground floor of the Cultural Center of the City.

The mayor reported that the Hall has so far received 180 applications of this line of support aimed specifically at merchants with underinsurance and is funded by 50% by the Government of Spain and another 50% by the Regional Government.

This helpline is intended for the repair, rehabilitation or reconstruction (if it has been precisely the demolition) of premises or commercial establishments, industrial or service disaster victims in the town of Lorca in the earthquake to develop an activity less than fifty employees.

In all cases it must submit an application, statement of responsibility to meet the requirements, a photocopy of the NIF / CIF, Tc1 April 2011, copy of the License Premises Opening or business premises, a copy of the general and special conditions of the policy insurance and copy of last bill paid, the budget of the works to be carried, a copy of mutual agreement with the consortium if it occurred, owners of the premises or facility must submit documentary proof of ownership thereof, tenants, incorporate copy the current commercial contract, a copy of the receipt of contribution or otherwise of the cadastral reference number, and bank certificate showing all 20 digits of the account and ownership.

In the event of further reconstruction of the record copy of demolition and the assumptions that the repair / rehabilitation has been undertaken and will be submitted copies of invoices issued pursuant to Royal Decree 1.496/2003 of 28 November.

In addition, Councillor of Commerce pointed out that the City Council launched another line of support of up to 8,000 euros for those businesses that were uninsured for May 11 and have been damaged by earthquakes.

In this sense, the mayor stressed that the deadline for direct aid to uninsured shops is open until April 13 but so far have submitted their documentation only a dozen traders.

It has therefore appealed to the businessmen who were in this situation to come to the Cultural Center and submit your documentation.
