The City Council approves the foreordination of 500,000 m2 on the firing Serrata (24/09/2012)

The Town Planning of the City of Lorca, José Joaquín Peñarrubia, has reported that the city council will approve this morning foreordination an industrial sector of Serrata.

Peñarrubia explained that this measure will order an overall surface of 500,000 m2, which corresponds to the space they occupy 111 fields, will be defined further green areas and road sector benchmark.

The main advantage of this approval is that it allows the licensing of industrial facilities without the need for the development of the partial plan.

This is a measure that will benefit all owners of this area, and whose processing has been agreed with them.

Manzanera Peñarrubia explained that it is the General Plan Amendment No. 62 nonstructural on basic foreordination Serrata developable land zoned 4-I.

This procedure has been reported favorably from the point of view of the Technical and Legal Service of the City Planning.

We propose a general system of open spaces located along the Rambla Salada bordered on the east by the sector with an area of ​​76,304 m2, which complies with the determinations of the information about the sector.

We propose a comb road system, consisting of a longitudinal road running through the area from north to south, bordering the general system of open spaces and a perpendicular to the main road connecting the existing road.

This amendment modifies only the sector level, which contains a basic foreordination, including general system of open spaces and main road.

This modification does not alter the other parameters included in the tab sector, collects only a transitional building that was not covered above.

This procedure is based on the industrial and commercial installations existing prior to the approval of the General Plan, which operate in the field of action, consistent with the overall use of the sector and to enable the proper growth market needs, as appropriate in the current times of economic and financial crisis, so they can carry out improvements, renovation and expansion of facilities to enable its adaptation to the current legislation, and since the general plan did not foresee in his a transitional moment that would maintain its activity, it is considered necessary to carry out the modification of Lorca PGMO to preorder the sector and allow such actions
