Councilman Trade and Crafts City of Lorca, Eduardo Sanchez, has reported that the Commercial Sliding organized with the collaboration of the Department of Commerce, city council and Merchants Union has organized the activity "Sliding Shopping Night" that has as main objective to contribute to reviving the economy of the city and the commercial revitalization of the historic center.

The mayor of Commerce explained that "this initiative is the concept of shopping in the evening, which is catching on quite successfully in recent years, especially in large cities across Europe.

What we try to do with this proposal is to import our city, and in particular the commercial fabric of the same, this new model.

Under this premise, we have organized this event called "Sliding Shopping Night", which aims to promote shopping in the historical and invite consumers to enjoy the city.

"Sliding Shopping Night", will be held from 7 pm and until 12 pm on Friday October 19 in the shops in the area between the streets Log, Alamo, Pius XII and adjacent hull historical.

More than 40 stores will open their doors to offer discounts and enjoy a different shopping experience.

Similarly, in the Loch Street will enjoy live music and beer.

Eduardo Sanchez, stressed that such initiatives are those that can encourage both Lorca and visitors to go out and visit the variety of shops of our city.

In this regard, the City Council encourage citizens to approach this Friday at Loch Street, where they will find a festive atmosphere and enjoy discounts at participating establishments, with the added advantage of being able to carry out their shopping during extended hours.
