The Mayor stressed the importance of promoting the sport among children from the first stage of education (21/11/2013)

Jodar Francisco opened yesterday afternoon in the "European Congress of Sports School Age", which takes place in our city for the celebration of "European City of Sport Lorca".

The Mayor of Lorca, Francisco Jodar by the Directors General of Sports and Educational Planning and Attention to Diversity, Antonio Penalver and Maria Begoña Iniesta respectively, and the Councillor for Sports, Augustine calls, opened in the afternoon yesterday the European Congress of Sports School Age is unfolding in the campus of our city.

Francisco Jodar has indicated that children and young people must always be a priority for everyone.

For administrations, for universities, for clubs regardless of their specialty or modality.
