All this occurred during a period of marked growth.

Murcia Solar dealing and the city grew thanks to population growth that occurred in that time.

Timidly also began to roturarse spaces from abandoned orchard alfonsí conquest.

The rise in business was also one of the characteristic features of the last years of the century.

In Murcia numerous Genoese had their residence (as the King, the Black, etc.., See above), who controlled the placing on the market of products entering or leaving the port of Cartagena and to a lesser extent, that of Mazarrón, at that time, and well into the sixteenth century, belongs to Lorca.

Here we awaited the advance with his troops don Juan Chacon and the marquis of Cadiz, with other people and knights, who days before had left for Lorca to go preparing everything for our arrival. His Highness made entry into this city at two in the afternoon, officially and solemnly with an oath to keep privileges and exemptions and other forms of heading, as was done in the city of Murcia.
