The School of Civil and Mining of the Polytechnic University of Cartagena (UPCT), the city of Lorca and the Spanish Association for Earthquake Engineering organized on 28 and 29 April in Sun City the first technical conference on 'Seismic Regulations.

Scrutineering in construction projects. "

This conference will give participants an overview of the applicability of the various test criteria for optimizing the design in accordance with the laws of Spain and other countries where seismic design criteria play a very important role when design and build.

The conference, led by Professor Rafael Blázquez UPCT, will be held in the auditorium of the university campus in Lorca, between 9:00 and 18:30 Monday 28 and between 9:00 and 14: 00 hours on Tuesday, 29.

This course is intended for engineers, architects and technicians in the field of construction and in general, those responsible for the verification of technical projects in public administrations, in particular municipal technicians.
