The Aldermen of Social Services and the City of Lorca oenegés, María del Carmen Ruiz and Antonia López, with the President of the association NYPACOLD, Manuel Lopez, and the Director General of Pensions, Rating and Inclusion Programs CARM, Miguel Angel Miranda have delivered this morning to the relevant training courses that have been developed by this organization in collaboration with the Instituto Murciano Social Action (IMAS) and have received funding from the European Social Fund diplomas.
Note that these training activities have directly benefited a total of 48 participants (124 in the last years).
It is an initiative aimed at people who, for various reasons, are at risk of social exclusion and unemployed.
The program, which began in June 2014 and has had one year, has been to provide a training tool to their beneficiaries to enhance their accessibility or return to the labor market, which is part of the shares of labor integration of community profile and purpose of social contribution.
With the development of this initiative, called Apinsun Program, has managed to incorporate the labor market 18 participants, representing almost 25% of all beneficiaries, which (taking into account the current situation) shows success and the importance of the plan.
Throughout the execution, people who have studied possessed the support of a multidisciplinary team that has supported them in the different phases of the activity.
This is a group consisting of a social worker, an employment counselor and psychologists, plus volunteers NYPACOLD.
The Apinsun Program this year has seen two profiles of development:
Career Counseling, including:
Design of individual pathways.
Group counseling sessions.
Support in finding employment.
Comprehensive social support, comprising:
Consulting partner work.
Management of grants and scholarships.
Interviews social care.
