The director of the Instituto de Fomento (Info), Reyes Samper, today inaugurated a day dedicated to the European project 'Meshartility' where the Plan of Action for Sustainable Energy (PAES) Lorca, one of the commitments made by the municipalities is presented in within the Covenant of Mayors.
