Healthy Thursdays debut at the Games with the participation of 45 people (12/09/2014)

Whether it was wanting to know which is one of the great innovations of this edition of Sports Games Guadalentin: Healthy Thursday.

And the truth is that the wait has been worth it.

This collaborative effort with the business of fitness Magnifit debuted on Thursday afternoon and it was with the active participation of 45 people, from very young children to seniors.

Both groups had the opportunity to learn the keys to making something as simple as walking a very healthy activity.

the entrance of Pavilion participants met malls.

There, the Bachelor of Science in Physical Activity, Magnifit trainer and manager, Antonio Jesús Vidal held a small theoretical introduction which explained how healthy you can be walking if we do it right.

For this, the group moved to the malls where they conducted a walking tour that allowed us to analyze the concepts learned.
