The Minister of Development, Public Works and Planning, Francisco Bernabé, today announced the imminent publication of two calls for aid in the Official Gazette of the Region of Murcia to finance housing renovation activities and rehabilitation of buildings, including in Area Regeneration and Urban Renewal from the center of Lorca.
Barnabas made the announcement after the interview held recently with the mayor of Lorca, Francisco Jodar, in which various issues related to the reconstruction and renovation of the city of Lorca addressed.
In addition, the Minister noted that these calls are the result of the agreement signed last October between the Ministry of Development, the Autonomous Community and the City of Lorca, which is part of the Housing Plan 2013-2016.
The Minister of Public Works said that this call "money is the embodiment of the strong commitment of the three administrations Lorca and Lorca, of which the best accreditation is the ongoing process of rehabilitation that is living and offers continuous arguments for hope and confidence. "
He recalled that these calls "their main beneficiaries who have not been eligible for other assistance for rehabilitation or reconstruction of homes damaged by earthquakes in 2011 and one of its major innovations is the possibility of obtaining advance 80 percent of the subsidy ".
Reconstruction of 74 homes
On the one hand, a line of support for the renovation of 74 homes that have low energy rating 'B' and which have been or will be demolished as a result of damage after the earthquake of 2011 is convened.
These reconstruction may be new or ongoing actions.
The maximum amount of aid shall reflect the eligible costs of the action without exceeding 35 percent thereof and shall be limited to 30,000 euros per dwelling built to replace another previously demolished.
The deadline for applications is one month from the day following the publication of the notice in the BORM, and enter the required documentation to the report of ruin, demolition order or municipal favorable technical report is demolition by relevant damage from earthquakes;
the project of reconstruction of the property, signed by the competent technician, which included the implementation costs;
and commitment that at least 60 percent of the resulting buildable be allocated to residential use of residence.
Rehabilitation of 335 homes
On the other hand, the call for aid for the rehabilitation act allow up to 335 homes, including in apartment buildings or single dwelling unit, and perform maintenance work and intervention in fixed installations, own equipment and common elements, order to adapt to current regulations.
These works, which must be new or ongoing activities, may obtain a maximum amount of subsidy from the state, up to 11,000 euros per apartment included in the building to be renovated and by the Autonomous Community, 35 percent of state aid.
Those interested in applying for these grants must submit their applications within two months from the date of publication of the notice.
