As in previous years the call for funding of new industrial initiatives and industrial competitiveness, part of the fulfillment of Lorca + Plan is endowed with EUR 10.58 million.
The councilman of Promotion of the City of Lorca, Sandra Martinez has encouraged businessmen and entrepreneurs to submit projects to the call for financial support for industrial investment in the framework of public policies fourth Reindustrialisation Plan promoted by the Government of Spain for the Region within the Lorca + Plan.
The mayor reported that "from April 1 to June 1 this year may request to participate in this form of financing provided with 10.58 million euros. The investments will run from January 1, 2015 (invoice date and subsequent payments) until after the date of termination of aid 18 months.
This call is consecutive quarter that is performed by the Central Executive to revitalize the economy Lorca after the earthquakes and creating jobs through economic revitalization, and whose budget forecasts have added 44.8 million euros.
The Official Gazette published on February 20 Orders governing the granting of the main characteristics of the lines that are aimed at industrial companies (companies) that have a draft new company, modernization, expansion or relocation, with minimal investment € 75,000 required.
It is subsidized loans at a reduced rate covering up to 75% of the investment budget, with interesting repayment and lack (7 year amortization plus 3 initial lack) that gives directly the Ministry of Industry with a requirement of collateral only 10% of the amount requested.
The interest rate for this year is set with three sections of interest rate according to the economic-financial rating given to the project and company (1.65% if it is excellent; 2.54% if it is good and 4.34% if satisfactory).
The endpoints are 70% depending on economic and financial assessment and ability to repay the loan, while the other criteria, 30%, will be incorporating innovative technology, export growth, job creation, etc. .
