The event, which last year brought together more than 2,500 people, stems from the concern of a group of citizens to recover for one night the special move, as cultural and social explosion, which enjoyed Spain during those years.

The Councillor for Culture of the City of Lorca, Sandra Martinez, with the President of the "Movida 80-90 Lorca", Miguel Mendez, Association presented this morning the Third Meeting for the Movement 80-90 that will develop on Saturday April 25 at the fairgrounds of Huerto de la Rueda from 20:00 h.

This year's event, which has become the most outstanding appointment soundscape of 80 and 90 at regional level, retells the presence of big names in music of those decades, such as the Confederates group Teo Cardalda (singer Toyland), Nacha Pop, Pepe Begines (Do not step on that I flip flops) and the definitive tribute band music 80-90;
