The Municipal Emergency Service attended 51 incidents on the beaches of Lorca coast from mid-June to late July (31/07/2015)

This figure represents a decrease of 7.5% over the same period last year, so that July was a quiet month due largely to the response of the citizens who attended the beaches and have served the indications of the lifeguards.

Emergency Councilman City of Lorca, Juan Miguel Bayonas Lopez, this morning took stock of the actions made by the Municipal Emergency Service in Lorca beaches during July.

This comprehensive emergency care device offers an immediate, effective and coordinated response to any emergency situation in the coastal strip running from Parazuelos beach in Mazarrón limit until Galera beach with the town of Aguilas.

Juan Miguel explained that the Municipal Emergency Services along with Civil Protection has treated a total of 51 incidents on the beaches of Calnegre tips from 20 June to 30 July, which meant a decrease of 7.5% over the same period of 2014, so July was a quiet month in terms of interventions refers August and hopefully continues.

This is largely due to the response of the citizens who attended the beaches and have attended the instructions of the lifeguards.
