The Sports Council opens the registration period for various aquatic programs in September at the Sports Complex Felipe VI (13/08/2015)

Swimming courses for adults and children are Tuesdays and Thursdays or Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays in the afternoon;

Baby activities are held on Saturday mornings;

while aerobics will be held in morning and afternoon and aquasalud Tuesday and Thursday morning

Councilman Sports City of Lorca, Francisco Martinez Juan Carrasco, has reported that next Monday, August 17, the closing date of the various aquatic programs for September opens.

Among the wide range of water programs to be developed, they are swimming lessons for both children and adults, at various levels: 0, 1, 2 and 3, children swimming, babies, aerobics and aquasalud.

Juan Francisco Martinez explained that aquatic activities are performing different days and times, allowing each person to adapt the activities according to their circumstances.

Sports Councilman emphasized that water programs are directed and designed for people of all ages, from babies to swimming lessons until aquasalud geared for the older people and which is intended to get relax muscles , eliminate pain, prevent disease and, above all, I back the control over her own body, as this exercise combines everything good in swimming, gymnastics and stretching in the healthiest environment: water.

It is recalled that these courses are held in the swimming pools of the new Sports Complex Philip VI, who after his inauguration has become a national benchmark for physical activity.

In addition, the aquatics program is included in the area of ​​physical activity and health designed by the Sports Department of Lorca.
