According to the mayor, the yard in question, plus the actual functionality for students enrolled in the center, is a transit area for students and parents of the next two schools that are within the premises: the College of San Joseph, and Joseph Robles College;

It is also used to access the room shared by all schools in a close to the same units, and is also almost forced step to reach the local sports hall attached to these centers.

Worship Peñas has found that, indeed, the floor of the school is a succession of patches and clumps of tar, drops, tree roots, lamps encrusted with hard and dangerous work for little ones, and all spiced with poor furniture and in very poor condition, with broken, dirty and full of painted benches, and a single font used by hundreds of damaged, moldy, unhygienic and dangerous students.

The councilor says that given the lack of interest shown by the municipal government of the PP to the center and to the infrastructure, which contrasts with the care that in every way the PP gives private and private schools, IU-V take this issue the next Full Council of Lorca, proposing a motion that are undertaken urgently cleaned up the works of the same, taking advantage of the upcoming Christmas holiday, so as not to affect the school activity.

According to the Councillor would by leveling works around the perimeter of the yard, tree wells delineate the space of trees and replenish new street furniture (benches and fountains) appropriate to the affection, respect and dedication that a municipality is required to give school of his people.
