The structure and organization of this Plan is based precisely on this last event, keeping the five action groups (intervention, Safety, Health, Logistics and Social Action), which are activated depending on the gravity of the emergency that may occur .

Emergency Councilman in the City of Lorca, Juan Miguel Bayonas, reported that this year, on the occasion of the 48th edition of the Industrial Fair, Livestock and Food SEPOR 2015, which will be held from 3 to 6 November in the Garden of the wheel, from the municipal area it has conducted a Special Emergency Plan to mark the new location of the event.

Emergency Councilman explained that this fair will have a unique set of coordination, located next to the main entrance of Huerto de la Rueda as has been done in last Fair and Festival of Lorca.

The structure and organization of this Plan is based precisely on this last event, keeping the five action groups (intervention, Safety, Health, Logistics and Social Action), which are activated depending on the gravity of the emergency that may occur .

During the celebration of the SEPOR2015 a priority slot, where there is the presence of essential services like local police, Emergency Service and Civil Protection, Red Cross, Fire and Security Company, those involved in emergency response it is established and planning and development of preventive tasks that run before the start.

The Emergency Action Plan SEPOR2015 intended to define the organization and coordination of human and material resources, in order to facilitate communication, evacuation and immediate intervention in an emergency situation, caused by the declaration of any accident, against which necessary to carry out, quickly, coordinated and effective decision-making and a series of actions aimed at countering this risk.

The Emergency Plan SEPOR2015 will be activated tomorrow, Tuesday, November 3 and proceed to the deactivation of the completion of the acts that will take place on Friday November 6, developing preventive mechanisms with the additional means necessary and timely movement thereof.
