Councilman IU-V Lorca, Pedro Sosa, appeared today before the media to show their opposition to the unilateral suspension by the government team PIBAL Plan (Plan Integral de los Barrios Altos) for the development of San Pedro, Santa Maria, San Juan and San Roque.

Remember that this plan was developed jointly by all groups of the city council after the death of a family on the street Cruz de Sola by a fire at his home in August 2003, unable to reach emergency services by the lack of accessibility said zone.

Pedro Sosa has dismissed as "incopetente" the management of the mayor responsible for the suspension of this plan, the Ms. Ibarra, because since he took office in 2007, has not been able to bury any cables or telephone, has not built any public housing, nor has one facade restored in these neighborhoods and questioned "what businesses have Ms. Ibarra with cobblestones" since placement has been the only action that has been carried out on them.

For Sosa, the table PIBAL "should continue to function until it is executed this plan exactly which was conceived at first," given the amount of money invested in its development and has to control its development through Table control passage criticizing the "undemocratic spirit" of the governing Popular Party, following the exclusion of opposition groups Water Council Lorca and after removal of the Councils of Citizen Participation.

Finally, Pedro Sosa has accused the councilor of Planning, Ms., Saturnino Martinez, who is "resting on our laurels" for not daring to mess with the banks that own many shacks in the districts that are They are "crumbling, filled with trash and debris," urging it to take action to solve this problem.
