Citizens Councilman Lorca, Antonio Mecca, has publicly denounced the constant "insults and attempted ridicule" that has suffered from the government team.
These disqualifications are made "with the intent to intimidate independence and responsibility in fulfilling the obligations as councilor of the municipal corporation," as reported by the mayor.
Citizens, the fact that members of the government team having to resort to derogatory shows "lack of arguments and excessive arrogance that makes them fall into bad ways to justify the unjustifiable."
Moreover, in response to his words, Mecca emphasizes that "is fully accredited with documents that the president of the board of Aguas de Lorca SA and also Mayor of Lorca, Mr. Jodar does not meet its obligation to providing the necessary documentation and repeatedly demanded by our local group for the proper development of the Information Commission of drinking water in Lorca ".
Further notes that the complaint is supported by the Rules of Organization and Functioning Legal System of Local Entities, that Article 84 refers to all documentation must be available to members of the Corporation since the day the call of the Information Commission so that it can be examined.
Since the municipal group Citizens ask the protection of the municipal institution and other local groups to defend their independence and fulfill their obligations to control and supervision of the municipal administration.
