The Ministry of Public Works and Infrastructure has opened the bidding deadline of mixed contract for the drafting and implementation of urban renovation of Alameda de Cervantes and adjacent urban spaces in the city of Lorca.
The contract is 4,538,869 euros.
The Minister stressed that Barnabas Francisco Alameda de Cervantes "is one of the most significant urban areas of the city, that the recent tender district of Los Angeles-Apolonia adds, six million, demonstrating that the regional government is taking decisive steps to achieve the complete reconstruction of Lorca. "
The work, published today in the Official Gazette of the Region of Murcia (BORM), will take place over 12 months and will involve the improvement of all infrastructures of this urban axis, comprising from the Oval Plaza and the new roundabout Central Ronda.
The actions will solve the evacuation of rainwater and improve connectivity by appropriate treatment of the road Marin.
Barnabas said: "The specification includes all the needs identified and highlighted by the city of Lorca to meet the locals".
The renewal of Alameda de Cervantes belongs to investment planning that provided the regional government and will be charged to the Community acquired by the European Investment Bank (EIB) for the reconstruction of Lorca loan.
Applicants must submit their technical and financial proposals within 40 calendar days from the day following publication of the notice in the Official Gazette of the Region day.
The competition at the level of basic projects, allow selecting the most suitable offer in terms of technical and economic standpoint, combining both, and the winning proposal will be presented publicly before approval to incorporate suggestions from neighbors.
