Lorca celebrated with various activities on Thursday the World Day of Persons with Disabilities.
Several promotional funds will be placed in crowded areas of the city for Lorca is photographed in front of them and disseminated photos in social networks accompanied by the hashtag #lorcaconladiscapacidad
Councilwoman oenegés in the city of Lorca, Fátima Mínguez, with the President of the Association of Physically Handicapped Lorca (ASDIFILOR), Jose Luis Llamas, presented this morning with the town will celebrate the Day awareness campaign World of Persons with Disabilities, held on Thursday, November 3rd.
The mayor of oenegés said that the aim of this initiative is not other than to attract attention and help to raise awareness and mobilize support for inclusion and social awareness towards persons with disabilities.
From City firmly believe in the full and equal participation of these people in all municipal areas, we support activities such as those raised for this year, which will give great prominence to the dissemination through networks d social for the voice of disability as high as possible is heard.
Tarry speaking today a day in the calendar but the Consistory work side by side throughout the year with the association to develop and implement actions of this kind to be included on the social agenda.
President Asdifilor is anticipated that this year has the backing of different municipal associations.

We appreciate that fellowship and active participation has been extended to us since Asdifilor.
Note that this is the fourth year that we have been developing this day.
To do this we will have the support of ASTEAMUR (Association for people with ASD in the Region of Murcia), Lorca Active ADHD Association for the Care of People With Pervasive Developmental Disorders of the Region of Murcia (Astrada) Welcomes Murcia, D genes, Murcia 3 and the Parents Association for Early Intervention (APAT).
Also we expect the support of more associations join this project soon.
Activities will begin tomorrow, Wednesday December 2, with the presentation of a video entitled "We Are Here", which has a duration of 2 minutes.
It is a short broadcasting everyday situations of people with disabilities.
On Thursday 3 several photocalls be installed at multiple points of the city as is the case Corredera, Plaza Calderon, Alameda of the Constitution, Beacon Park Mall and San Diego Eroski.
Others will be located on the campus, schools, health centers and Hospital.
Words matter is the slogan under which this year takes place that day.
It is considered that words can open doors and eliminate false stereotypes that have been built on people with disabilities.
Lorca want to join us on Thursday from 10 am to 14:00 pm, then until 7 pm.
The proposal which is done is that Lorca is photographed in front of these promotional funds and disseminate these photos through social networks for greater visibility and awareness of this issue.
It has also created a hashtag #lorcaconladiscapacidad to accompany publications on social networks.
