The Mayor reiterated that the problem of these agreements lies in the "cursed trap clause" included by the PSOE, and the destination of the money, which, instead of serving to make investments or improvements for Lorca, is squandered in current expenditure
The Mayor of Lorca, Francisco Jodar, said that the House monograph that was held this morning in the city has served primarily to clarify the situation on the agreements "trap" solo approved by the PSOE in 2005. Jodar Alonso stressed that the most important thing this city has been that reports of the municipal technicians have confirmed that the city council completed the processing that corresponded, doing its part.
The Mayor said that the problems of planning agreements is two;
on the one hand, the damn trap clause that the PSOE introduced them, and now, ten years later, requires that all Lorca have to return to developers 16 million euros.
We're talking about every Lorca family will have to put 520 euros to cope with the disaster of Conventions in Inadequate Land for Urban Development.
Moreover, the money raised at the time was spent it immediately, rather than reserve to certify that everything goes properly.
The mayor has described as "disappointing" the attitude of the opposition groups in this plenary session, as "have been limited to trying to apportion blame," instead of performing the self-criticism due to them, especially the PSOE.
The agreements are by the PSOE trap, and judicial sentences, because of his damn trap clause.
In fact these judgments confirm that the agreements were literally "impossible" to materialize.
