The Councillor for Culture and Celebrations of the City of Lorca, Augustine Llamas, with Mary Teresana Lazareno, presented the parade of Illusion to be held for the third year in our town.
It is an initiative of the Academy of Dance Maria Teresa Lazareno in collaboration with the city of Lorca and Commercial Area Corredera, which also has the support of the animation companies and El Gigante El Molino.
Llamas pointed out that "the parade of Illusion will be held this Tuesday, December 22 starting at 18:30 from the Plaza of Spain, touring the Alamo Street, Log, Cuesta de San Francisco, Prince Alfonso and Lope Gisbert, to finish in the Guevara Palace. Participate more than 300 people, including Lorca dancers of all ages, as well as other goings of Puerto Lumbreras and Velez Rubio. "
The Ride of Illusion will also feature the most recognized Disney characters such as Donald Duck, Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse or the protagonists of the film Frozen.
Also parade the Minions, Tom and Jerry, and many other cartoon characters.
In the musical, the musical group participate Our Lady of Bitterness and the Municipal Band, who will be responsible to fill this parade of traditional songs.
The mayor has encouraged "both children and not so young to contemplate this fun initiative that annually welcomes you to Christmas through dance, music, color and animation and surely fill fun streets of the historic town of Lorca. "
