Councillor for Youth and Culture of the City of Lorca, Augustine Llamas, and coach Youth Council of Lorca, Cristian Romeu, this morning presented the fourth edition of the competition entitled Emerging Lorca to creators and musicians.
Llamas explained that "may participate in this contest all people aged between 12 and 30 years old born in the town of Lorca or registered in it, although in the case of musical groups 25% of the components shall comply with this first section of the bases. "
Participating groups must have their own repertoire composed of at least 5 original themes.

To this end, participants should download the registration on the website of the Youth Council of Lorca or pick them up at any of the offices of the Youth Council and Youth Council of Lorca, situated in the CLD de la Alameda Cervantes 30, or on the campus of the Armed Forces Avenue.

It will consist of a performance of 30 min.
The jury composed of people with expertise and relevance in the world of music and organizational components are emerging who determine the winner and the runner-ups order.
The jury will disregard the musical style of the group, but their lines are the musical quality assessment, staging, projection and music songwriting.
The prize for the winner will record a studio album and edition of 1000 copies and as a condition the group should record in a studio in the town.
Furthermore, the disc will present the main stage of the Fairgrounds Huerto de la Rueda, on dates that the Department of Culture of the City of Lorca sees fit during the Fair and Festival of Lorca 2016.
The runner will record a subject of study and a video clip, while the third will record a subject under study.
