Councillors Security and Emergency Lorca Town Hall this year expected to exceed 600 students who in 2015 visited the facilities that are home to the local police, the Municipal Emergency Service and Civil Protection.
35 children and 20 adults from school Special Education Pilar Soubrier today launched the cycle of visits to schoolchildren in the municipality held during this year's Center for Integrated Security and Emergency Lorca, headquarters of the Local Police, the Municipal Emergency Service and Civil protection.
The Security Council members and City Council Emergency Lorca, Belén Pérez and Juan Miguel Bayonas, accompanied the students from 8 classes of secondary and explained that this year expected to exceed 600 students who in 2015 visited these facilities.

The Center is organized through three buildings with a total available area of ​​11,310 square meters.
Thus, the main building is divided into two interconnected modules, the first of 1,190 square meters on three floors organized operational and administrative services of the Department of Public Safety and offices to the public, while the second, 800 m2, is intended for the operation and function of the body of the local police and features: armory, dressing rooms, storage, classrooms, ... These two buildings are connected by a basement of 1,838 meters, with shooting gallery and parking with capacity for 62 vehicles.
The second building is for staff of Civil Protection and Emergency Municipal Service, with offices, training room, living volunteer meetings, warehouses, ... The third building is an old facility for a unit of the Service Health Emergencies , 061.
The Center for Integrated Security and Emergency Lorca consists of 6,000 square meters, with a structure suitable open space for training and prevention, and public outdoor parking.
The facility, which has a power supply unit for emergency, home to 132 effective Local Police Lorca, 40 volunteers and a head of Association of Civil Protection, 17 professionals Municipal Emergency Services, which manage the Coordination Center Emergency Local 112, and a unit of 061.
