The Brotherhood of Labradors, Paso Blue, unanimously approved yesterday the participation of the brotherhood during Holy Week in 2016, during the celebration of its Annual General Meeting of Ash Wednesday, in which the president of the Brotherhood, José María Miñarro, he reported on current Brotherhood participants stewards.
Also it approved the appointment of Mr. José Antonio Ruiz Sanchez as Honorary President of the Paso Azul.
This award will be granted in the Eucharist to be held on Good Friday.
Ruiz Sánchez has been President of the Brotherhood from 2007 to 2015. During his mandates have joined the procession new litter of Cleopatra, the chariot of Nerva, Trajan and Hadrian, the car and new mantle of Ptolemy and the new Egyptian Cavalry, in addition to the comprehensive settlement of the chariot of the triumph of Christianity executed or otherwise formed the musical group Mater Dolorosa.
But above all, Ruiz Sánchez was the architect of the recovery of the church of San Francisco after the earthquake of May 2011 and the creation of the Blue Museum of Holy Week, MASS.

Saturday February 27 at the Church of San Francisco: Solemn Mass in honor of the mystery of the Crown of Thorns of Our Lord Jesus Christ.
Saturday, March 5, at the Church of San Francisco: Mass in honor of the Holy Christ of the Good Death.
Sunday, March 6: Official Announcement of the participation of the Brotherhood of Labradors, Paso Blue, Holy Week in 2016.
From Thursday 10 to Wednesday, March 16: Solemn Septenario in honor of Our Lady of Sorrows.
Saturday 12th will take place during this act imposing Butler medals in front of the sacred image of the head of the Brotherhood.
March 11 at 21:30 pm, after septennate: Proclamation of the Holy Week 2016 by Doña Adela Martinez-Cacho, Minister of Water, Agriculture and Environment of the Autonomous Community.
Will take place in the church of San Mateo.
Thursday, March 17 at 12 pm: Serenade to Our Lady of Sorrows.
Good Friday, March 18 at 12 noon in the church of San Francisco: Solemn Mass in honor of Our Lady of Sorrows.
At 20 pm: Solemn procession in honor of Our Lady of Sorrows by the usual route.
Saturday, March 19 at 20.30 in the church of San Francisco: Traditional Save the Virgen de los Dolores.
