The director of the Institute for Youth, Veronica Lopez, accompanied by the Youth City Councilman Joaquin Ruiz Lorca visited the International Work Camp Environment Calnegre tips, Lorca, where a group of young environmental work done.
A total of 19 participants in this field, which this year celebrates its first edition.
Young people between 18 and 26 from different European countries: 10 from Spain (6 de Andalucia, 1 de Aragón, Castilla la Mancha 1, 1, 1, Madrid and Murcia), 2 of Armenia, 3 France, 2 Turkey and 2 in Italy.
This field of study is the use of new technologies for the development of environmental work in the Regional Park of Cabo Cope and Calnegre tips such as preparing documents to support mpg3 file, mpg4, tracks with help facilitate the completion of the trail.
These measures shall be complementary to the restoration and maintenance of public facilities, interpretive materials and design panels for the shelter.
The work will include the placement of vertical signals in the course of the trail as it passes through the town of Lorca.
It will also carry out communication campaigns and social awareness of local people and visitors.
The objectives of field work Calnegre tips are: to establish a program of activities based on the implementation of environmental actions, where the participants know the characteristics of the Regional Park of Cabo Cope and Calnegre tips, make public use activities, activities environmental communication and provide the area of physical signals and digital media to help implement the trail.
The field work began on August 1 and runs until the 15th of this month: During this time participants will stay at the Youth Hostel Calnegre tips.
