José Joaquín Peñarrubia, Councillor of Education of the City of Lorca, has surrendered the Municipal Bond Paper to various schools in the city, as well as parents' associations around the Lorca municipality.

In particular will be 90 euros for each student to help 4-year of primary school and 100 for 3 and 4 of the ESO.
