The Department of Employment and Training of the CARM, has funded the Department of Employment, with '48 € 109,438 for the completion of OPEA program, which includes vocational guidance for Employment and Self-Employment Assistance which will to benefit 700 unemployed Lorca.
This program will assist people seeking employment.
Its objective is the labor market increased their chances of finding a placement for others because it facilitates the encounter between the person seeking work and employers that offer it.
These actions combine all the elements of the guidance addressing the information, planning, skills training and motivation.
Also, users who want to increase your chances of success in the selection interview will learn by working in groups, techniques, strategies and resources to put into play in real situations.
Interesting especially for first job seekers and long-term unemployed.
The program will insert four technicians and one administrative assistant and will be held in collaboration with the local office of the SEF (Employment and Training Service of the Region of Murcia).
The start of orientation activities are planned in early September.
